Though technically the beach is right out the entrance in front of Villa Palmera, you'll want to walk about 50 yards up the road towards the sandy part of the beach that begins at the Gaviota Restaurant.
I've never stayed there, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Excellent locat1on for peace, tranquility and privacy right on the water.
