expats w/real estate in zihua

Do any of you expats living in zihua
or anywhere else in mexico have a general
idea about how much the annual adminstrative
fees for real estate you would be charged on
a property? Any other experiences w/mexico
property purchases? I would love to hear them
good or bad.
